On an antidote to invisibility.
A conversation during the week gave me a moment of pause. An observation of how, in remote work environments, when somebody leaves, there is no acknowledgement, no ceremony, and no learning. Those affected just get “disappeared”.
One moment, they are there; the next, they are gone.
