Mapping the Wilderness beyond the Walls
We seem to be in something of an epidemic of wall building. This weekend, we have had the extraordinary spectacle of the U.K. Prime Minister resorting to the theatre of a lectern in Downing Street not to deliver something useful (an election, say) but rather to build walls. Unable to keep his political party or the country together through vision or leadership, he described dragons that require bigger walls to keep out. An interesting episode…
