I ended last weeks Reflections with these words, and they’ve stayed with me all week…
“Stories need communities in order to thrive, and we need to find ways to build them independent of those organisations who assume their size gives them authority.
We need to rethink our stories, and share them with each other, one small story at a time to build work communities that will meet the needs of what is emerging.”
