Foraging Outside the Walls

I think there’s a point when, if we’re fortunate, our relationship with our work changes. A point where the immediate burdens of mortgages and the other overheads of working in a consumer economy give way to something gentler, and we are able to consider doing work that matters to us, with people who matter to us, on our own terms.
